General knowledge of accounting, as well as an understanding of the general ledger accounts, is essential.Responsibilities: Match invoices to receiving documents, ensuring all appropriate back-up has been obtained; Post and process invoices – both AR and AP; Research vendor and customer statements, phone inquiries or payment discrepancies; Organize and maintain files for paid and unpaid invoices and statements; Perform accounts analysis and make adjustments to accounts, as necessary.Requirements: Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college; Highly skilled with Quickbooks and MS Office software; Strong mathematical, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills; Anticipate and resolve issues/problems on a proactive basis; Aptitude to be detail-oriented and process work in a timely manner; Possess excellent collaborative skills to work in partnership with the departments; Demonstrated strong work ethic and on-time commitment.(NOT a remote position)$30/hour (pay commensurate with experience)No agency response please
