Job Duties:
- Monitor and oversee existing data center and solar operations.
- Verify systems are running at full capability and perform repairs as needed.
- Installing and configuring network equipment.
- Troubleshoot solar array systems and datacenter components including servers and networking hardware.
- Create a monitoring alert system with software developers.
- Perform level 1 and 2 repairs on servers.
Requirements:
- Hours are flexible but prefer a second shift employee.
- Networking experience is preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and self-research to solve problems.
- Ability to work in various environments: hot, cold, rain, snow.
- Perform repairs on servers.
- Ability to do micro soldering and do board level repairs is a bonus.
- Must be able to work independently and report status to supervisors.
- Communicate effectively.
