Looking for qualified field inspectors to do inspections in champaign and vermilion counties and surrounding areas
Job duties would include verifying occupancy at different houses.
Occasionally making contact with homeowners to deliver notices from banks.
Walking vacant houses to verify status of utilities and if the property is secure.
Occasionally you will be required to go inside vacant houses to verify if they have been winterized or if there is personal property or damages inside and report findings.
Requirements for this job include a computer with internet access, a printer, a digital camera, a gps.
experience completing orders for Altisource, Wells fargo,Chase, Five brothers and MCS helpful but not necessary.
