Job Description
Do you enjoy traveling all throughout North America? Do you like meeting new people? Do you like constantly evolving and improving your skill set? A Karmak Training Specialist is responsible for providing our customers with effective and efficient training to help them utilize our Karmak software.
Qualifications
Daily Job Functions– What’s in your GPS?- Ability to train users at all skill levels
- Ability to understand data and assist with conversions to Karmak software
- Ability to provide training in several different formats; through webinars, on location at Customer sites’ and in the Carlinville office with the Customer face to face
- Able to be a resource on special projects as assigned
- Travel up to 75% to customer sites throughout the US and Canada
- Associates Degree in Accounting orOR equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of how to approach and plan the training agenda
- Basic understanding of the business and industry of our customers is a plus
- Basic knowledge of various learning styles and how to apply them
- Ability to interpret different types of customer data and processes
- Ability to work as a team within a rotating group of coworkers
- Great customer service skills
- Focus and be detail-oriented
- Organizational and Communication skills
You will be reporting to a Manager or Training and working within a team of 20-30 other trainers.
