The ideal candidate will operate and maintain manual tooling machines such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drill presses. You will read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpieces.Hard Skills
Operate and maintain manual tooling machines (lathes, milling machines, grinders, drill presses)
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
Precision measurement using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
CNC programming (SolidWorks and AutoCAD is a plus)
Tooling setup and adjustment
Routine machine maintenance
Work EnvironmentYou will be part of a smaller, laid-back team of about 30 members. The culture encourages learning different skills related to the job.
