Office Admin:
We have an immediate full-time position for a office admin who is a take charge type person. Our business consists of a sales department, parts department, service department and operates much like any auto or truck dealership type business with agricultural manufacturing and storage & leasing space to tenants in our facility.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain customer database and send out mailings
Filing and prep work for office managers.
Ability to use and create user friendly spreadsheets for forecasting data and overhead
Run Errands as needed
Answer phones and transfer calls successfully and take messages get to the proper person timely.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver's license and pass on the company insurance
People person and able to interact and solve issues with suppliers, vendors, and customers.
Planning and scheduling skills.
Need to be a can-do person with skills to get the job done with minimal direction.
Work in a team atmosphere and coordinate job duties daily and weekly.
Automotive dealership experience preferred.
Microsoft Suite & QuickBooks experience preferred.
