Fully p aid tuition and book expenses toward your two-year Business Administration associate degree at College of Lake County
Combined work and school schedule totaling 40 hours per week; in person at Aon’s Bannockburn office and attending classes on campus at College of Lake County
Eligible pay increases every six months for the duration of the 2-year program
Program begins August 1st, 2025
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Strong verbal and written communication
Effective time management, task prioritization and attention to detail
C ollaborat ion , critical think ing, problem solv ing & eager ness to learn
What is r equired & e xpected?
High School Diploma or equivalent GED certification or be on track to graduate from high school by July 1, 2025
Minimum age of 18 years old by Ju ne 15, 2025
B e accepted into one of our p artner c ollege s and m aintain passing grades ( i.e. C ’s or higher)
Meet the minimum enrollment requirements for our partner college’s AAS B usiness Administration program
B e authorized to work in the US . Aon does not offer sponsorship for this position.
