Summary
BestNotes (BN) creates a healthy environment in which to help the helper through a state-of-the art product.
BestNotes (BN) is a HIPAA-compliant Customer Relationship Management and Electronic Health Record database system specifically designed for the behavioral health industry. A Tier 1 Support Specialist is an expert on BN software and is able to quickly assist customers with training and support needs.
Employment Type Full time; Monday-Friday, 8 am-5pm, Unless otherwise approved by Director
Reports To Director of T1 Support
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Carries out responsibilities in ways that reflect core values of Transparency, Empathy, and Creativity.
Protect the integrity, confidentiality and availability of e-PHI that is held or transmitted by BestNotes on behalf of its customers.
Trains clinicians, therapists, executives, and all other user staff on how to use BN software
Identifies customer workflow and customizes software to fit specific needs
Communicates new features to clients as needed
Assists with client retention
Answers technical questions regarding BN software via email, phone, and ticket system
Qualifications Needed
Initiative to learn new technologies
Ability to work closely with clients and with flexible/evolving software requirements
Well developed written and verbal communication skills
Strong IT and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to manage a large caseload
Ability to work independently and on small teams
Knowledge and ability to research/resolve technical challenges
Ability to develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients
Typing speed: 50 WPM+
Ability to work with Gmail/Gmail Drive, and Microsoft Word/Excel
Education
Associate degree or higher in related field preferred (e.g., business, communications, healthcare, or other related field)
1-2 years work experience in related field can replace degree
