Responsibilities:

Manage Online Sales Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, phone, in person and online forms regarding trailers, ensuring timely and informative responses.

Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of trailer inventory, including specifications, pricing, features, and available customizations.

Lead Generation: Identify and follow up with potential leads through online platforms, social media, and third-party websites.

Product Presentations: Provide detailed product descriptions, specifications, and benefits to online customers, assisting in product selection.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a database of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM software, ensuring follow-ups and relationship nurturing.

Sales Process Coordination: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the sale, including financing options, trade-in evaluations, and final purchase.

Process Online & In-store Orders: Process orders for trailers, ensuring all details are accurate, and communicate effectively with internal departments for order fulfillment.

Sales Reporting: Track and report on online sales performance, customer feedback, and trends, providing insights to management.

Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products, accessories, or services that complement trailer purchases.

Customer Support: Provide after-sale support, including troubleshooting, warranty information, and coordinating returns or exchanges.

Website and Product Updates: Collaborate with marketing or web development teams to ensure online product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and appealing.

Negotiate and Close Sales: Use effective communication skills to negotiate prices and terms, aiming to close deals and meet sales targets.

Handle Online Payments and Contracts: Assist customers in understanding payment options, process transactions, and facilitate the signing of contracts.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to better position the company’s online sales efforts.

Social Media Engagement: Utilize social media platforms to engage with potential customers, showcase trailer products, and promote special offers.

Customer Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from customers post-purchase to improve service, products, and overall customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align online efforts with overall business goals and strategies.
