Responsibilities: Effectively routing commercial vehicles to companies throughout the Western US, while managing driver routes and workloads. Leading, coordinating, scheduling and communicating information to field drivers, as well as tracking and communicating with customers. Preparing forms from billings, statements, invoices, receipts or vendor data. Maintaining paperwork, posting log books. Keeping proper record of all jobs in work log according to established guidelines. Answering incoming phone calls, maintaining and providing positive and effective service to both internal and external customers.
