Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Twin Falls, ID
Shift: Monday – Friday 8am-5:30pm
Compensation: $18-$23 Hourly
Position Type: Full-time
Job Description:
Element Heating is seeking a confident and highly motivated individual with customer service experience. This role will be responsible for scheduling technicians and estimators, answering and directing phone calls, and outbound calling to fill the schedule. You will handle customer inquiries and provide updates to both the technicians and customers. The CSR role requires a candidate with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of general office operations. You will work closely with the team to make sure everyone is on the same page and up to speed. You will be the first-person potential customers encounter from our company, so friendly, knowledgeable first impressions are your number one priority!
Responsibilities
Monitor GPS tracking as well as technician workload
Qualify and schedule sales leads for technicians
Enter customer information into scheduling system and work with dispatcher to schedule appointments
Answer phones (primary customer contact)
Prioritize service calls for current day and next day’s schedule
General office duties: Filing, data entry, scanning documents, collecting payments
Perform outbound calls with existing customers and follow up on leads
Greet and direct customers and vendors
Maintain office supplies, printed materials and product brochures
General office upkeep
Other duties as assigned
What we are looking for:
2 years of office/customer service experience
Knowledge of the Magic Valley and Mini Cassia areas
Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Word & Excel
Detail-oriented, able to ensure accurate data entry
Ability to multitask
Strong customer service skills

Strong verbal and written communication
