We are searching for strong Restaurant General Manager to manage full service popular restaurant in Twin Falls.
Partial job requirements include:
Must be a solid GM candidate.
The person must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years or more of experience in the GM role.
Salary range from 60 to 65K there is bonus potential if targets are met which could lead from 5 to 10K or more
additional dollars.
Has to be willing to be an active hands on participant.
Has to be a proven team builder.
Stability in the last job at a minimum of 18 months or more.
Has to understand the catering side of the restaurant business.
Has to understand the DSP side of business.
Must know how to work the community in order to build sales.
Must carry Server Safe and Serve Safe Alcohol certificates.
Must understand how to run numbers in full service environment.
