If you are innovative, have a dynamic mindset, and a passion for services that change lives, we would love to hear from you.Assist in the development of effective communication strategies for Equus Workforce Solutions and program partners to increase awareness of available workforce services in the communityDevelop and maintain partnerships with community partners to share best practices and explore opportunities to work together for increased effectiveness and efficiencyDevelop and present information about program services to community partnersDesign engaging social media content on current events and programmatic highlightsResearch and write content for the company website, infographics, blogs, and newslettersAdhere to the company’s style guide, ensuring high-quality and error-free copyPrepare evaluative reports, communication and outreach campaignsCollaborate with community partners in designing and marketing programmatic information, services and events for the purpose of recruitment and awarenessResponsible for maintaining high standards of confidentiality, including information relating to customers, employees and/or contactsAssist with job fairs and employer hiring events.
