Job DetailsResponsibilities:

Develop, validate, and implement casting, hot rolling, solution heat treatment, along with stretching process models
Utilize data mining and advanced analytics
Develop, validate, and implement plate (for Aerospace applications)
Design and complete lab + production scale in addition to analysis of experiment results
Perform metallurgical and structural analysis

Are you a fit?

Advanced Degree in Metallurgy, Material Science, or Mechanical Engineer, PhD preferred
Previous Aluminum experience
Skilled in FEA & CFD
Excels with Abaqus, PROCAST, FLOW 3D, and/or other related tools
Able to apply Continuous Improvement tools/methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
