Our General Construction department is looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to work on remodel and new construction jobs. Experience reading plans, working with tools, operating mechanical machines, knowledge of OSHA safety practices, ability to lead and oversee others, and the ability to work independently or in collaboration. You must have physical strength, endurance and work well with your hands.
Skills
Proven experience as construction worker (4+ yrs)
Verifiable foreman experience (2+ yrs)
Experience in operating equipment (4+ yrs)
Supervisory experience.
Ability to follow complex instructions in a detailed manner.
Excellent communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent balance and eye-hand coordination
