We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and disciplined self-starter with excellent customer service skills for an Outside Sales Position at our medical store in the Lewiston, ID. The Medical Outside Sales Representative is responsible for marketing company equipment and services to prescriber influences and/or patients/clients.
Essential responsibilities will include:
Acts as a liaison between Norco Medical and the patient/client, family, care giver, physician and other healthcare agencies and staff on the case
Monitors and negotiates contract pricing with commercial medical accounts such as Hospitals, Hospices, Care Facilities, etc.
Assist Medical Customer Service Representatives in arranging necessary referral to community agencies or for those traveling, to assist in continuity of care
Assist Medical Customer Service in researching and pricing special order items
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience and/or Certification in Respiratory Care. An exceptional knowledge of respiratory care equipment and home medical products is a necessity. Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and time management skills are also required.
