Looking for skilled laborers for part or full time work in residential construction. Payment can be on a contract basis depending on the applicant. Immediate availability for qualified applicants. Must be hard working and enjoy manual labor. Must know how to handle & use materials, hand tools, and power tools/equipment. Must have good customer service and be competent with paperwork. Someone honest and organized, who possesses strong leadership skills and can follow directions.
Task that will need to be performed on a regular basis:
Interior & Exterior Demo
Basic Carpentry (Handrails, Decks, Fascia, Trim, Subfloors, Basic Framing & Repairs, etc)
Interior & Exterior Painting
Sheetrock Repair & Replacement
Basic Electrical
Basic Plumbing
Installing Carpet / Vinyl / Tile
Installing Doors & Trim
Minor Concrete Work
Pressure Washing
Installing Roofing
Installing Gutters & Downspouts
Landscaping & Yard Maintenance
