Royal Plaza Retirement is looking for someone to assist us in providing our residents with a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience! We are currently hiring a Part-Time dining room hostess/server. 16-20 hours per week, rotationg schedule.
The ideal candidate will:
Be interested in working with seniors
Be patient and tactful when dealing with residents, family members, visitors, and other staff
Be able to work independently and in a team
Be able to accurately take resident orders, communicate orders to the kitchen team members, and serve orders
Be able to fold napkins and set tables
Be willing to keep dining room clean, sanitary, and safe by wiping down surfaces such as tables, counters, chairs, menus, etc
This position is physically demanding requiring the capability of sitting, standing, walking, climbing, stooping, twisting and lifting up to 30 lbs.
