The starting rate for this position is: $19.55 an hour. The rate of pay displayed reflects the beginning of the pay scale. At the time of an offer, the determination of your offer will reflect your skills and experience as it relates to the position. Summary Plays a key role in repairing and maintaining all machinery, mechanical equipment, and utility systems, facilities wide, in a safe and efficient manner. Job Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Maine Driver’s License

1-3 years of related of maintenance experience preferred

Handles multiple priorities, and work under pressure.

Ability to make decisions using independent discretion.

Computer skills.

Must read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language.

Work alone or with a team and in crowded/confined spaces.

Mathematical skills.

Responsible, supportive team player and have interpersonal skills with team members,

staff, or vendors.

The ability to manage anger, fear, hostility, violence, stress appropriately.

Must be able to follow written or verbal instructions.
