Maintenance Position Available in Eastern Idaho

IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for experienced Maintenance Technicians for different apartment complexes located in Idaho Falls, Ammon, St. Anthony, Roberts & Rexburg Idaho. This is a great opportunity with an established, stable, management firm. Successful candidate will preferably have experience in affordable federal housing programs or other federal housing programs.

Our technicians need to have solid experience working with minor plumbing and electrical repairs, appliance troubleshooting, and will be accomplishing interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, and some janitorial assignments. Working as a team with all members to optimize the owner's asset is our goal.

General maintenance duties include: (Not all -encompassing)

Process and complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner

Landscaping/Grounds maintenance.

Maintenance on all vacant units for rent readiness

Exterior lighting and security

Monitor fire alarm system

On call for emergencies after business hours when needed

Property cleanliness

Assist Community Site Manager with property inspections

Preferred qualified applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in property management maintenance or similar job experience. Any and all with a construction background are encouraged to apply!

Candidates must have good organizational skills, a customer friendly attitude, and basic tools to perform turnovers on apartment units. Competitive salary with benefits provided. Maintenance are expected to work flexible hours/days/weekends if required. Employer offers regular training and education opportunities.
