Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solar Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Solar Sales Representative at EarthLenz Energy, you will be responsible for generating leads, educating customers about the benefits of solar energy, and closing sales. Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct in-depth consultations with potential customers to assess their energy needs and provide customized solar solutions.

Prepare and present proposals to customers, outlining the costs, savings, and return on investment of solar installations.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to installation.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring customer satisfaction and referrals.
Requirements:
