Join the fastest growing mortgage company in eastern Idaho. TIME Lending is looking to further expand. We are seeking a skilled Salesperson who is organized, self-motivated and goal oriented to join our team to manage and perform the various stages of our Loan Officer recruiting process. Responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates, and building talent pipelines for hiring needs. If you have great sales skills, communication skills, written and verbal, and have a basic understanding of social media platform functions, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will proactively identify, nurture, and acquire qualified Loan Officer talent. Base salary is based on qualifications and experience, plus commission and bonuses. Part-time and full-time will be considered. We promote from within, and offer great compensation for great results, as well as many opportunities to grow. We need someone that is comfortable and confident on the phone and has an energetic personality, as you will be speaking with potential recruits.

Our offerings are NOT a tough sale as we dominate the lending world and have a top tier value proposition that is very enticing to mortgage professionals. You will work from our Idaho Falls office at the prestigious Eagle Rock Fountain Business District. (S Utah Ave, Idaho Falls by Snake River Landing)

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

-Confident and articulate.

-Solid sales skills via telephone and other various formats.

-Strong written and verbal communication skills.

-Organized, self-motivated and goal oriented.

-Basic computer skills.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Outbound calls with the owner’s support and training.

-Scower various sites and platforms for innovative ways to enhance our productivity.

-Being creative and driven to enhance our reach of top talent.

-Positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates.

-Effective time-management abilities.

-Use CRM software to maintain and nurture workload.

-Network, source and build a talent pipeline to ultimately attract the highest skilled Loan Officers.

-Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques and websites.

-Screen, evaluate and qualify candidates.

-Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired.

-Promote referral program to assist in increasing candidate pipeline.

-Communicate with past applicants regarding their interview/application status.

-Perform all other duties as assigned.
