The primary function of the Leasing Assistant is to support the Manager with exceptional service to existing and prospective residents as well as administrative support.
Roles and Responsibilities
Part time position 15-20 hours per week includes Saturday showings as needed
Performs all responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner
Adheres to standards and complies with; company procedures and government laws on Fair Housing
Generates traffic of prospective residents by utilizing effective marketing techniques through social medi
Respond to internet and telephone inquiries in a timely and professional manner
General Administration
Ensure confidentiality of client, resident and company information
Check email and voice mail several times daily and respond appropriately
Report time and attendance
Understand the lease document and all related addendum's and be able to clearly communicate to residents, prospective residents all relative information
The Professional may be asked to perform other duties as required to ensure the overall success of the community and the team.
Assists in collecting rents, security deposits and other income as requested
Understand the needs and expectations of current residents and prospective.
Treat each and every person that you come into contact with in a positive and impactful manner and maintain a professional attitude and manner in your work relationships
Education/Experience
Ability to work 3 days a week afterrnoon hours Monday - Friday 12-5 & Saturdays as needed.
Superior customer service and communication skills
Ability to effectively present information and respond to common inquiries or concerns from residents, prospective residents and the general public
Must have a basic computer skills understanding of Social Media & Internet
