Neighborhood Rentals Property Management is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Person who is looking for an exciting opportunity to be in the property management business. Neighborhood Rentals is a progressive company that is growing in Southeast Idaho.
Prior experience would be helpful but is not required. Responsibilities may include mowing lawns, sprinkler repair, snow removal, and painting. Additional helpful talents would include a basic knowledge of construction, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, roofing, and flooring.
Wage is based on experience and the knowledge you bring to the position.
