Housekeeping TechnicianÂ(Idaho Falls, ID)Â
We are a growing property management company looking to add a full-time housekeeping
technician to our team. The position requires high attention to detail, impeccable cleaning standards
and consideration of the customer. Technician may be required to do single or multiple jobs per day
depending on the size of the property.Â
Position Details:
Full-Time; Monday-Friday Only! 8:00am-5:00pm
$13-$15/Hour, DOE
Responsibilities:
Clean in depth all areas of the property including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, etc.
Remove and clean inside and around major appliances
Clean baseboards, windows, blinds
Follow and submit completed cleaning list to manager
Prepare residence for new residents
Ensure cleanliness meets high quality standards
Deal with reasonable requests with professionalism and patience
Attend weekly meetings and engage with other staff
Requirements:
Cleaning experience preferred
Ability to follow directions and prioritize
Have a basic knowledge of computers and technology
Must be able to work independently and/or in a team setting
Contribute to the growth and culture of the company
Must be able to supply your own transportation to, from and between jobs
