Payroll Specialist

Description Lana Funkhouser with Robert Half is inviting applications for a Payroll Specialist role based in Eagle, Idaho, United States. The successful candidate will be joining a team and industry where they will process bi-weekly payroll, validate payroll earnings and deductions, and handle employee payroll records. This role also involves resolving payroll discrepancies and participating in problem-solving initiatives within the payroll department.Responsibilities: Accurately process bi-weekly payroll across multiple locations including skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Verify the accuracy of employee time and attendance records. Validate and process bonus payments, insurance premiums, and other payroll earnings and deductions. Maintain and manage employee payroll records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
