- Prior experience performing Windows 7/10 upgrades preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience with PC support including deployment
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills of computers, Microsoft Operating Systems (including Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows Servers, networking (TCP/IP), and various PC end-user applications (MS Office 2007/2010/Office 365) including Access, electronic mail, Terminal Services, VPNs, etc.).
- Should be well versed in desktop repair configuration and troubleshooting Windows based systems including Windows 7/10.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with direct client interaction
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must be adaptable to change in processes or required activities
- Must have strong attention to detail and be a quick learner
- Must have a professional appearance and behavior including punctuality
