We are an established HVAC/Plumbing company looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Plumber. As an Apprentice Plumber, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the plumbing trade. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in starting and/or developing a career in plumbing and wants to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment. We are currently looking for an individual with residential new construction and/or service experience.
This is a full-time position with lots of overtime, bonus and commission opportunity available.

Duties:
- Assist journeyman plumbers with various tasks on job sites
- Learn and apply plumbing techniques
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Perform general maintenance person duties as needed
- Use power tools and other equipment to complete plumbing projects
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced plumbers
-Able to pass drug and background check
Skills:
- Knowledge of construction plumbing principles and practices
- Proficiency in using power tools and other plumbing equipment
- Have Integrity
- Familiarity with field service procedures
