Position Overview:
As our Painter, you will play a critical role in our remodeling projects. You will not only apply your extensive painting skills but also serve as a key point of contact between our clients and the project manager. Your ability to communicate effectively, present yourself professionally, and understand client needs will be essential to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute high-quality painting work on residential and commercial projects.
- Meet with clients to discuss color choices and project scope.
- Collaborate closely with the project manager to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any client concerns or questions promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Several years of professional painting experience, preferably in a remodeling or construction setting.
- Strong communication skills; fluency in English is a must.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, truck or van preferably.
