Compensation & Schedule
Hourly Pay: $25–$35 DOE (W-2)
100 % of Tips: average $12–$15/hr on top of wages
Full-Time Perks: paid vacation & flexible scheduling
Shifts: daytime or select evening slots—tell us what works for you!
What You’ll Do
Provide full-service grooms (bathing, drying, clipping, styling, de-shedding) for all breeds, sizes, coat types, and temperaments
Handle senior, anxious, and special-needs dogs with patience and care
Communicate clearly with pet parents to understand individual styling requests
Maintain a spotless, sanitary workspace and uphold Fear Free® handling standards
Collaborate with a tight-knit team to deliver a five-star client experience
What We’re Looking For
5+ years professional grooming experience (portfolio photos appreciated)
Confidence working solo from bath to finish on any coat or temperament
Fear Free® certification or willingness to obtain it (we’ll cover the cost)
Genuine love for dogs and a calm, positive demeanor
Reliability, professionalism, and a drive for continued learning
