Role Overview

We’re hiring a Sales Executive based in the Boise area to help us grow our customer base across the U.S. This is a remote/inside sales position—selling is done entirely via phone, Zoom, and email. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from outreach to close, working directly with small business owners. Local presence is required for occasional team meetings or strategy sessions.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn

Qualify inbound leads and convert them to paying customers

Conduct remote product demos and discovery calls

Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → demo → proposal → close

Maintain pipeline activity and deal progression in HubSpot CRM

Collaborate with the founder to iterate on messaging and process

Hit or exceed monthly MRR and conversion goals

Requirements

2+ years in B2B sales (SaaS or service-based preferred)

Proven ability to manage remote sales calls and close deals virtually

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable using modern sales tools (CRM, Google Meetings, email sequences)

Based in the Boise area for periodic in-person team collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling to SMBs in real estate, legal, or trades

Familiarity with AI, VoIP, or virtual receptionist services

Previous work in a startup or fast-paced environment

Pay: $3,000.00 - $10,880.00 per month
