Responsibilities of the Help Desk Analyst:- Provide Tier I and Tier II technical support
- Review incoming requests and prioritize for appropriate action
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and/or escalate technical issues
- Manage and maintain tickets in help desk ticketing system
- Support end user requests for information and training
- Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain
- Must have at least one of the following active CompTIA certifications: A+/Security+/Network+
- Ability to work on site in Boise
- Associate's degree and at least 1 years of experience
- Experience with hardware, software, and system support
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft OS, applications, and tools
- Experience using ticketing systems
- Strong customer service experience and orientation
