Currently seeking office support for an irrigation/lawn/landscape company!

Looking for an individual for the Office and/or Inventory Coordinator who serves as the central point for administrative operations and inventory control. This role is well-suited for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at multitasking, stays highly organized, and possesses sharp attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage phone and email communications while acting as the initial point of contact for clients.

Order and manage job-specific procurement, receipt, and inspection of incoming shipments to ensure timely alignment with project schedules.

Coordinate with vendors to manage ordering processes and conduct pricing analysis to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions.

Maintain accurate inventory records.

Support administrative team tasks such as scheduling, filing, invoicing, and data entry.

Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience in office administration or inventory coordination.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.

QuickBooks knowledge is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of lawn maintenance, landscape, irrigation is ideal.

Ability to lift, move and organize inventory items as needed.

Valid driver’s license.

Punctual and reliable

Additional skills for additional open position:

- Accounts Payable: entering invoices, basic job costing, corresponding with all vendors, etc.

- Accounts Receivable: billing all projects, submitting estimates (estimates provided by others), etc.

- Fleet Management Duties: maintaining all registrations, managing all insurances, organizing and keeping all records, etc.

- Other Administrative Tasks to assist with the success of the business and overall health of the company

A plus if you have experience in accounting, bookkeeping, AP, AR, or any other relevant job title.

We would prefer incumbant to have knowledge of irrigation/landscape/lawn maintenance, a basic understanding of the general industry.

We are eager to hire and train the right candidate.

Work schedule is slightly flexible with the basic structure of Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. Seasonal position. Potential to work some parttime hours in the off season
