We are seeking a detail-oriented Shop Help/Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will support various machining operations and assist in the production of glass and mirror. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of working in a warehouse environment, machining principles, quality control measures, and troubleshooting.

Duties:
Assist in operating CNC machines, including programming, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Utilize various tools such as calipers and measuring instruments to ensure precision in machining tasks.
Perform quality control checks on finished products to maintain high standards.
Assemble components as required and ensure proper functioning of assembled parts.
Handle glass, mirror and shower door components safely and efficiently.
Be able to lift 60-80 lbs - waist height.
Have a clean and insurable driving record.
Have a neat and tidy apperance
Be able to adhere to jobsite requirements for delivery of product.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in machining techniques a plus but not mandatory.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks.
Experience with quality control processes to ensure product integrity.
Ability to assemble parts accurately and efficiently.
Knowledge of CNC programming is a plus but not mandatory.
Be able to stand for long periods of time.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Do any task required with the goal of creating a functioning and proficient warehouse environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
Must have a clean driving record, ability to commute.
