Intermountain Playground Co. is seeking a self-motivated Marketing Assistant. No experience required. The Marketing Assistant will help promote business, marketing and operations development. This position will work closely with our Sales Representative and Project Manager to generate consistent project growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead generation
-Provide constant communication to possible lead sources to generate potential sales candidates
-Communication will include phone calls, emails and in person
2. Social media management
-Maintain and enhance the company's visual identity across multiple platforms
3. Marketing event coordination
-Includes booking, scheduling and coordinating company involvement with appropriate marketing events
4. Customer relations management
-Provide management and support for customer database
5. Marketing strategy and execution
-Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, and direct mail.
Qualifications:
-Highly organized and detail oriented
-Strong work ethic and autonomous
-Exemplary organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
-Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM systems, email platforms, and social media management tools.
-Experience in construction industry highly preferred
Position will be remote with once weekly in-office meetings, Approx. 15-20 hrs/week (FLEXIBLE schedule, set own hours)
