What You Bring:
Willingness to learn and grow
Interest in interior/exterior painting and surface prep
Reliable transportation (preferred but not required)
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Positive attitude and customer-friendly demeanor
For those with experience:
Willingness to adapt to alternative systems and methodologies
Maintain a clean workspace without becoming disorganized
Ability to craft picture-perfect surface prep
Ability to apply coatings at proper mil thickness with no flashing or runs
Strong understand of product data sheets & product safety sheets
Has a baseline understanding of coating chemistry and can utilize data from product sheets
Has the foresight to prevent application mishaps and can otherwise correct them
Efficient in the manner work is performed to be completed at a quick pace with little to no touch-ups required
Can perform warranty work once with perfection
Bonus Qualifications
Understanding of the back-end systems for production (estimations, project management, etc.)
Other trade qualifications in drywall installation, finish carpentry, hardware installations, lighting installations, etc.
Experience in multiple painting disciplines (commercial, government, industrial, etc.)
