GROUNDSKEEPER/PORTER
Our luxury apartment community is seeking a groundskeeper/porter to join our team! The groundskeeper/porter will be responsible with assisting with the general upkeep of the property. This will primarily involve:
Removing trash and debris from the property
Cleaning the clubhouse
Minor landscaping
Powerwashing
Cleaning breezeways
Occasional painting
Removing pet waste from the property
And other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Attention to detail and desire to take pride in your work! Training will be provided and growth opportunities within the company exist for those who are interested in maintenance and repairs.
Schedule
This is a full time position with some on-call required. Students are encouraged to apply
