Job duties include but are not limited to: Supervision of other employees, training, specialized cleaning, hands on work, using tools, equipment, and supplies, some administrative work, vehicle and equipment maintenance, driving, and other tasks given by management.
The work weeks have varying hours (Usually 35-45 a week). This job requires overnight travel, about 9 weeks per year. When we do travel we usually leave on Monday and come home Thursday or Friday. Transportation, meals, and lodging are provided. Start time is usually 7am.
Starting wage is $15.00 per hour. Eligible for health benefits during open enrollment. The company will provide transportation to work sites and incentives for performing to expectations.
Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record. Applicants must also be able to lift up to 100 pounds, stand & walk for extended periods, reach above head and shoulders continuously, climb stairs and ladders, be detail oriented, possess good communication skills with customers and employees, speak fluent English, and work well with others. Applicants must be at least 21 years old. No previous experience is required.
Useful skills (not required) for applicants to have are at least 1 year of leadership experience, DOT training, experience towing a small trailer, first aid training, Eagle Scout Award, and/or IICRC Certification (aka the clean trust)
