Comprehensive Dermatology of Idaho, PLLC (CDI) is a dermatology practice founded by Ryan S. Owsley, MD in 2012. The practice, located in Nampa, ID, provides care to patients in various communities surrounding the Treasure Valley and Oregon. CDI advocates for healthy skin through prevention and treatment, recognizing advances in dermatology while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards.
This is a full-time (32-36 hours/week) on-site Medical Assistant role at Comprehensive Dermatology of Idaho, PLLC. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for rooming patients, history taking, assisting with patient care and surgery, maintaining electronic medical records, and managing medical office tasks in a clinical setting located in Nampa, ID. Clinic hours are Monday -Thursday 8 AM-5 PM, and Friday 8 AM-Noon. Must be willing to travel to McCall for monthly Friday Satellite clinic. Travel reimbursed.
Qualifications
Medical Assisting and Patient Care skills
Knowledge of Medical Terminology
Experience in Medical Office operations
Proficiency in managing Electronic Medical Records
Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare providers and staff
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Pre-Physician Assistant Students are highly encouraged to apply for patient contact hours.
Previous experience in dermatology or similar medical setting is a plus
