Qualified applicants should demonstrate:
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of insurance billing including EOBs' and dental terminology
- Confidence in speaking with patients about finances and establishing financial arrangements
- Knowledge with dental terminology, familiarity with doctor generated treatment plans, and how insurance benefits may apply
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with teammates, doctors, and patients
- Ability to manage schedule and business operations to ensure excellent patient support services
- Ability to manage team with kindness, empathy, and by example
Compensation depends on experience, $25-$32 per hour. We offer competitive pay, holiday pay, vacation pay, wellness days, continuing education, medical insurance options, dental benefits, and 401K.
