An Emmett family is looking for a caregiver to come a couple times a week to provide stand by assistance and companion care to their mother during the day, and who would possibly be open to staying overnight with her if they need to go out of town for anything. This position is flexible schedule wise, the family just needs respite and to know their loved one is safe while they are away. The caregiver would be hired on through 208 Home Care as a W-2 employee, and would be paid through the agency. The rate for this case is $20/hour.
Must have a desire to help elderly and disabled individuals, previous caregiving experience is preferred.
Must be able to pass a background check through the Idaho Department of Health & Welfare
Must be able to pass a urine drug test (Prescribed medication is acceptable)
Must have a valid form of government-issued Identification and proof of Employment Authorization to work in the United States.
Must be able to follow HIPAA guidelines, document accurately, and communicate effectively with your clients and with the office
