We have the opportunity to bring in a high-energy, tenacious, and hard-working individual with a strong work ethic and integrity to join the team.As a Fab Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be working with a team of other process and equipment engineers responsible for starting up, developing and optimizing processes to improve product quality and reliability, working on process yield improvement, cost reduction, productivity improvement and risk management as well as resolving manufacturing line problems. This position will identify, diagnose and resolve process related problems by applying failure analysis, FMEA, 8D or SPC methodology.As part of CVD/PVD Operation Central Team (OCT) your job responsibilities would include leading & coordinating the Front-End Process & Equipment network in CVD/PVD related pivotal initiatives that include the development of new equipment/process technology roadmap for productivity/environmental sustainability as well as technical capability enhancement. You will also be responsible in handling process/equipment related issues from the various High-Volume Manufacturing Fabs across the globe. On top of this, you will also maintain an active collaboration with suppliers to support Micron's various initiatives.Responsibilities

Establish and improve process condition and technology.

Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.

Establish and modify process management projects.

Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.

Evaluate, promote and plan new equipment / materials.

Abnormal analysis and improvement.

Liaise and coordinate with Process/Equipment team from various Micron HVM Fabs on enabling strategic programs as well as problem-solve issues

Liaise and coordinate with supplier's global support team to handle supplier's technical support needed for issues resolution as well as for various strategic program support.

Develop Equipment/Process technology roadmap for manufacturing capability enhancement, which include cost/wafer reduction, process capability enhancement, and more environmentally sustainable process.
