Graphic Designer 2

Responsible for the creative execution of concepts and designs for retail circular pages, direct mail, and/or collateral material. This position will create concepts, design and execute retail and direct mail pieces whose messages are visually compelling; execute the creative strategy, and ensure that projects are completed on established schedule targets.Independently develop creative concepts, ensuring designs are visually compelling and align with creative strategiesManage end-to-end process of design projects, including collaboration with internal teams, and meeting timelines and milestonesInterface with stakeholders to gather project requirements, feedback, and ensure client satisfactionsRevise and refine designs based on feedback, providing solutions that enhance the creative vision while meeting business objectivesEnsure all designs align with brand guidelines and deliver cohesive, on-brand messaging
