Treasure Valley Transition Home (TVTH) is looking for a full-time Lead Line Staff Supervisor. TVTH is a group home, and residents of TVTH are males ages 15 - 17. Residents of TVTH do not have physical disabilities.
The position of Lead Line Staff is to provide direct care to residents and support to youth therapy technicians to ensure all household cleaning and maintenance is completed on a daily basis. The lead line staff duties are to support administration in maintaining productivity of employees and residents of Treasure Valley Transition Home. This person will be available as a support to assist in caseload management and transportation of residents
Other job duties will include supervising residents in the home, teaching independent living skills, transporting residents to appointments/outings in a company vehicle, preparing meals, cleaning the house, writing reports, and administering medication.
Looking for a full-time employee (40 hours per week). Willing to be flexible and open to conversation regarding scheduling.
Applicant will need to pass a background check, have a valid driver's license, and must be at least 21 years old.
