Door Service of Idaho is a commercial door repair and installation business. We install and repair doors, frames and hardware at schools, banks, libraries, gas stations - pretty much any building with an opening! We have been in business for more than 30 years, but are under new management. We have the stability of a business that will be around for decades, but with the innovation and entrepreneurial leanings of a growing enterprise.
Door Service of Idaho is looking for a bright, capable, motivated person to fill a critical role managing our inventory, vehicles, and accounts payable. Experience is not necessary, but experience with QuickBooks, commercial doors, and/or inventory management would all be useful and shorten your learning curve in the role.
This role reports directly to the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Create invoices using pricing model and payables-helpful language
- Accounts receivable
- Fleet management
- Inventory (keep inventory current through weekly counts, establish min and max reorder points, order strategically to minimize freight charges, ensure vehicles are stocked with necessary tools and material)
- Backup for the Support Lead (answering phones, managing calendars)
College degree or equivalent experience preferred
