This is a perfect job for a recent college graduate. No formal work experience is required.
This is a position for a careful, personable, and detail-oriented individual who is good with numbers, has excellent verbal and writing skills and is intentional in their work habits. This individual will be a key member of our team and make a significant contribution as they work closely with the Operations Manager and Marketing Manager.
Description
Maintain excellent communication with vendors both domestic and foreign, i.e. China and India (No foreign language skills required.)
Create forecasts for parts and finished goods
Plan and coordinate purchases
Research and source new parts
Direct incoming shipments
Track vendor payments
Address and manage the resolution of quality issues with vendors
Manage inventory count
Manage social media content and the online presence for the business
Create content to improve search engine optimization (SEO)
Other miscellaneous business functions, as necessary
Requirements
Bachelors Degree (Any Major)
Excellent Academic Record
0 to 5 Years experience
Job Skills
Excellent communication skills
o Strong grasp of correct written grammar and punctuation
o Verbally articulate and persuasive
Microsoft Excel
Good with numbers
Organized: Can manage multiple project and tasks
