Looking for an assistant farm manager must have row crop experience mainly corn and alfalfa.
We are a large operation we do all of our own tractor work (ground work, planting, cultivating, and we do all of our own chopping for both alfalfa and corn.)
Qualified person should have
-experience supervising a large crew
-farming knowledge
-equipment knowledge setting and adjusting.
-the ability to work independently with guidance from the farm manager.
- MUST be a team player.
-Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
