Full time accounting services bookkeeper for CPA firm.
We are looking for people wanting to work in a fast paced highly productive environment with high client service responsibilities.
Duties include:
Accounting services, bookkeeping, and general ledger review. Data entry, organization and summarization of client data, and work paper preparation. Knowledge of Quickbooks. Payroll, payroll tax, and 1099 preparation.
Required to have 2 years bookkeeping and Quickbooks experience.
Professional appearance and demeanor required. Experience with Excel required. Prior bookkeeping experience with CPA firm preferable. Strong communication ability needed. Ability to follow processes and procedures required.
