Director of Marketing and Communications

The base salary range for this position is $105k - $130k.As the Director of Marketing and Communications, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that align with the company's overall objectives. This role requires a creative thinker with a proven track record of building brand presence, managing integrated marketing campaigns, and fostering effective communication both internally and externally.Develop and implement the overall marketing and communication strategy to enhance brand visibility and drive business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and align marketing initiatives with business goals.Oversee the development of engaging content for various channels, including digital, social media, press releases, and internal communications.Manage public relations efforts, building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders.
