job summary:Top 3-5 Daily Responsibilities:

  • Conducts candidate screening and selection activities for common or high volume positions by determining applicant requirements
  • Assists in candidate sourcing for open positions by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; and placing job advertisements.
  • Works with hiring managers on recruiting activities by conducting research on recruiting related regulations both at the State and Federal level; researching, identifying, and analyzing recruiting concerns; and reviewing the applicant tracking system to ensure requisitions are up-to-date.
Top 3-5 Required Skills:
  • 2 years of External full-cycle recruitment
  • High School Diploma Required
